Bruce Fraser is a retired trial lawyer who has practiced law in the interior of BC representing Native clients.

He is Chairman of the Board of Access Prono Bono Society of BC, which offers free legal advice and representation to persons of limited means.

He is also the winner of the Advocate's 2009 short story contest for "The Partner".

He spends his winters in Vancouver and summers on his ranch at Lac La Hache in the Caribou Chilcotin.
