Dr. Sutton is a Professor Emeritus of Medicine and Urological Sciences at UBC. He's been Head of the Division of Nephrology at UBC, Head of the Department of Medicine at Vancouver General Hospital and President of the Canadian Society of Nephrology. His research has mainly been in basic and clinical aspects of calcium metabolism.

Dr. Josse is a Professor of Medicine and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto. He's been Head of the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, President of the Canadian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Chair of the Scientific Advisory Council of Osteoporosis Canada and is Director of the Osteoporosis Centre at St Michael's Hospital in Toronto. His major research interests include calcium metabolism and osteoporosis.
