Ann Pearson – Richmond Public Library

Author Ann Pearson will talk about her new book “A Promise on the Horizon”. This historical novel, set in France in the 1800s, is based on events in the life of the French writer Stendhal (Marie-Henri Beyle). Pearson will discuss the challenges of writing biographical fiction and what it can achieve that traditional biography can not. Presented in partnership with Granville Island Publishing.
