Granville Island Publishing is a hybrid publisher that behaves just like traditional publishing companies, except that we publish books using an author-subsidized business model. Our books meet traditional publishing standards, therefore are distributed to brick and mortar stores as well as on-line. The return to authors is a higher-than-industry-standard share of sales proceeds.
